InfernoBowling End User Terms and Conditions

1. Site Use
InfernoBowling, herein referred to as "the site", is designed for use of bowling enthusiasts who wish to keep track of their performance and statistics for league play. It is the responsibility of the user and not the site to accurately enter their performance. The site is not responsible for improper reporting of scores due to user error. The site is completely generated by user input, and the user is therefore responsible for accurate data entry. The site will provide the ability to edit entries to maintain the integrity of the site.

2. Privacy
The site maintains the database on a secure server and will perform a backup of the data daily. User information will not be sold or released to anyone other than the site owner. Should a user wish to terminate their association with the site, the user may request a backup copy of their data from the site owner. The backup copy will be emailed to the user with 48 hours of the request.

3. Maintenance
From time to time, the site will need to undergo maintenance for updates and/or repairs. During this time the site and all functionality will be turned off. Users who attempt to access the site during the maintenance period will receive a notification that the site is undergoing maintenance.
